All the information collected by us is stored and backed up in a virtual secured private cloud whereby we have monitoring and health services enabled to secure the data. . Further, the Information Security Management System of TerraLoop has been assessed and found to conform to the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2013 vide BQSR Certificate dated 27.05.2022. Additionally, we endeavor to promptly notify you of any breach of your information and the steps taken by us to rectify the said breach.

Please note that this may affect our ability to process or enable Interactions and may therefore lead to the discontinuation of those Interactions for which this personal information was being used for, at our sole discretion.
